Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies

  • Support benefits administration and employee communications

  • Help organize and track training sessions and employee certifications

  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers regarding HR matters

Safety:

  • Implement and monitor workplace safety programs and protocols

  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments

  • Schedule and lead safety meetings and trainings

  • Investigate accidents and prepare incident reports

  • Maintain documentation for OSHA and internal safety compliance

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in HR and/or safety coordination, preferably in agriculture or field-based industries

  • Understanding of labor laws, workers’ comp processes, and OSHA requirements

  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working in both office and field environments

  • Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
