Location: 3210 Golf Road, Delafield, WI 53018

Schedule: Monday to Friday, plus two Saturdays each month

Compensation: Bi-weekly hourly pay with the option to enroll in Daily Pay for immediate access to earned wages.

Potential to earn daily and quarterly bonuses!

In your role as a Dental Hygienist, you will be acknowledged as a premier clinical provider and patient advocate. Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • Current CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Open to both new graduates and experienced hygienists.
  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Willingness to continue learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.
  • Clinical requirements as needed by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodation. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds as needed.
  • Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
