Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

An opportunity is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in a dynamic K-12 educational environment. This position is based in Austin, MN, and involves working across two school sites with a focus on elementary-aged students.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with various disabilities and their impact on student learning
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
  • Provide direct services to a caseload of 40 elementary students

This is a contract position for the school year, with a schedule of 7.5 hours per day, five days a week. The role spans from August 11, 2025, to May 28, 2026.
