The Carpenter is responsible for performing skilled carpentry work on residential construction projects. This includes framing, trim, installation, and general construction tasks while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and jobsite professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential framing including floors, walls, and roofs
- Install windows, doors, siding, and trim
- Assist with decks, porches, and exterior structures
- Read and follow construction drawings and plans
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
- Maintain high-quality craftsmanship standards
Jobsite Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and organized jobsites
- Follow company safety procedures
- Work efficiently and stay on task throughout the workday
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Protect customer property and maintain professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic carpentry knowledge
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to use common power tools and hand tools
- Physical ability to lift 50+lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years carpentry experience
- Residential construction experience
- Ability to read building plans
- Experience with framing, trim, or decks
