Home & Away is looking for an ambitious Prep/Line Cook to join our team. We take the preparation and execution of our craft very seriously. You will perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients with up to date opening and closing guides with an aim to encourage teamwork. food Must be prepared according to recipes, (Customers may make requests with some restriction.) A Great prep cook will be looking for ways to get faster without cutting corners; Diligent and willing to Improve and Grow. You will be deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will also be self-driven, punctual, and reliable while maintaining their cool in a busy environment as part of a team. Here the title cook is just the title in the system, we look for more than that.
