Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for everyone who interacts with our company.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls for four different departments, directing them appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Process payments from clients, accurately recording transactions and issuing receipts.
- Maintain organized records of invoices and payment history.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail processing.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
