Description
We are looking for a new Data Entry Clerk to work out of our Corporate Office in Chantilly. You will utilize your skills in typing, data entry, and Microsoft Excel to input and manage information. Your proficiency in databases and pivot tables, along with your clerical experience, will enable you to handle all tasks. We seek a detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Enter data from various sources into the computer system
- Update existing data
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- Proficient in using office software and data entry systems
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Strong basic math skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Must have 3 years of experience in Excel.
- Knowledge of filing systems and databases
- Clerical experience is a plus
- Bilingual is also a plus
- Familiarity with pivot tables is an advantage
Payroll is- biweekly -direct deposit. The office is closed for lunch at 11 AM and complementary meal from Anita’s every Tuesday.
Health insurance – 30 days to accept or decline – HMO or PPO three options – company covers 60% employees portion – commences 30 days from hire date.
