In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our clients by ensuring they have the protection they need. You'll help generate new business by prospecting, networking, and developing strong relationships with potential clients. You will assess client needs and provide customized insurance solutions that include Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and other coverages. You will build meaningful relationships, respond to customer needs with care and urgency, and offer solutions that support their financial well-being. We welcome individuals with customer service or sales experience from other industries we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed, including licensing assistance, mentorship, and continuing education.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Help customers navigate policy changes, coverage options and billing questions with clarity and care.
- Offer additional products and services that support customer goals and lifestyles.
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Provide friendly and helpful service during every interaction before, during, and after the sale.
- Actively seek customer feedback and referrals to grow our trusted network.
- Learn and follow underwriting and compliance standards to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Stay informed about new products and services so you can always offer the best options.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace environment.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
Basic computer skills and familiarity with using CRM systems
Active Texas Insurance licensed (Property & Casualty, Life & Health), or willing to obtain
Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset.
Previous call center, telemarketing, or customer service experience recommended.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
