Location: Cokato, MN (projects primarily within a 1-hour radius of Cokato, Twin Cities, St. Cloud, and Hutchinson)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $30 - $36 (Depending on experience)
Reports to: Project Manager / Foreman

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Carpenter to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a passion for craftsmanship, precision, and leadership. As a Commercial Carpenter, you will be hands-on in the field, ensuring projects are built to the highest quality standards while mentoring and guiding carpentry teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-level carpentry work, including framing, drywall, and finish tasks
- Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain safety standards and contribute to an organized, productive job site
- Assist in planning and coordinating tasks to maximize efficiency and craftsmanship
- Lift, carry, and handle materials up to 80 pounds safely
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of professional carpentry experience (commercial experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, doors, hardware, and interior systems
- Proven ability to be a team player
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and craftsmanship
