Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis to track student progress.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students behavioral needs and create appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor BIPs.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral techniques and strategies.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of student progress and interventions.
- Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
