Our client, a leading organization in the construction and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Rebar Fabricator to join their team. As a Rebar Fabricator, you will be part of the production department supporting the rebar fabrication process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Rebar Fabricator

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 7 am - 3 pm

What's the Job?

• Examine specifications of customer orders using drawings or blueprints to determine finished item characteristics, materials, and machine setup requirements.
• Pull, cut, bend, and weld rebar assemblies to specified sizes in support of production schedules.
• Create pull-pins for the cover casting department and stage rebar materials for efficient workflow.
• Assist in placing and positioning metal bars for bending operations, ensuring proper alignment and safety.
• Package finished products for shipping, installing protective devices to prevent damage during transportation.

What's Needed?

• Ability to interpret drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Basic understanding of rebar fabrication processes and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
