Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
• Manage, train, and evaluate production line personnel, including scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements for all products.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Monitor production efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and propose process improvements to optimize operations.
• Oversee equipment operation, conduct minor troubleshooting, and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Track key production metrics and generate regular performance reports for management.
• Manage raw material inventory and ensure timely availability to prevent production delays.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address production issues efficiently.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and adherence to relevant safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt)
• Proficiency with common ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Bilingual fluency, especially in Spanish
• OSHA 30-hour certification or advanced safety training
• Experience with automated production lines or robotics
