Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current PA SLP credentials required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric and preK populations
- Strong knowledge of school-based SLP practices
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability and compassion for diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct early intervention speech-language services to preK students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in classroom and individual settings
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers and families for continuity of care
- Attend relevant IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all relevant compliance guidelines
