Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Austin, Texas — earn up to ($1539 - $1620 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Engage in continuous learning to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.

Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.

Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal nursing practices.

Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team.

Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Assist in training and mentoring new nursing staff as needed.
Experience/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas with telemetry nursing experience.

Proven ability to monitor and interpret telemetry data effectively.

Strong collaboration skills to work with a healthcare team.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Experience in educating patients and families on health management.

Ability to document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
