Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
- 68-hour shifts for FT/PT
- Minimum one to two-weekend shifts ( Friday, Saturday or Sunday any combination)
- 1-2 evening shifts required
- 28-40 hours a week is required for FT
- 27 hours or less for PT
- Days and evening shifts available
Responsibilities
- Customize massage experiences for each guest
- Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy
- Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy
- Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths
- Help guests feel restored, balanced, and elevated every time they visit
Qualifications
- Current state license to perform massage therapy
- Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required
- Pass background checks
- Capable of performing full-body 50-minute massage services
- A passion for wellness, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest care
- Excellent at guest communication
