Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Office Assistant to support our Human Resources office for a 1–3 month assignment. This role will provide administrative assistance to help manage a high volume of daily tasks while maintaining organization, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Type, format, and prepare documents and reports

File, scan, and organize physical and electronic records

Assist with multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office space

Handle highly confidential information, including medical records, Social Security numbers, and family and insurance documentation, with discretion and professionalism

Support HR staff with general office duties as needed
Qualifications:

Previous office or administrative experience preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office or similar)

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
