Position Summary
To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in commercial buildings. You will work directly with clients to ensure their systems run efficiently, meet performance standards, and support their operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and controls.

• Perform preventive maintenance to optimize performance and extend equipment life.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, recommending and implementing effective repairs or replacements.

• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency requests.

• Partner with clients to assess needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Maintain accurate service records, including parts usage and labor hours.

• Follow all safety procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe work environment.

• Stay current on industry trends, equipment advancements, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with mechanical and electrical diagnostics.

• EPA Certification required; additional HVAC certifications a plus.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
