Sales Key Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales Key Account Manager to join a stable, Florida-based corporation that operates as a global importer and exporter. This opportunity is ideal for a professional candidate seeking long-term employment, internal growth, and a true career path within a well-established organization.
This is a full-time, onsite position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key accounts while developing new business opportunities
- Drive sales strategies aligned with commercial objectives and financial targets
- Lead high-level negotiations and maintain strong client relationships
- Analyze market trends, financial data, and business performance
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, luncheons, and client meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in sales and business development
- Proven experience within manufacturing (vitamins, supplements, pharmaceuticals, or food industry required)
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, and supply chain management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Results-oriented, driven, and highly motivated
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and commercial vision
- Strong financial analysis and negotiation skills
- New business development portfolio is welcome
Travel & Schedule
- Travel required once per quarter
- Attendance at trade shows and events in Dubai, California, and New York
- Flexible schedule based on business needs, including occasional dinners and networking events
Additional Requirements
- Stable employment history (no significant gaps)
- Ability to provide professional references
- Must pass a national criminal background check and drug screening
