We’re seeking a dependable Construction Laborer to support renovation work at a condominium property. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys physical, hands‑on work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working at heights while following strict safety standards.
You’ll be part of a team completing visible upgrades—window work, concrete repairs, and exterior improvements—that make a lasting impact on the property.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform window caulking on residential condominium units
- Cut, prepare, and assist with window installation and replacement
- Complete concrete patching and repair tasks
- Work safely at heights using scaffolding and fall‑protection equipment
- Use hand and power tools accurately and efficiently
- Follow all jobsite safety procedures and quality expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Prior construction labor experience
- Experience with window caulking, glazing, or basic carpentry
- Ability to assist with or perform concrete repair work
- Comfortable using standard hand and power tools
- Reliable, safety‑focused, and detail‑oriented
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience working on scaffolding or elevated platforms
- Familiarity with fall‑protection systems and general site safety
- Willingness to learn and expand construction skills

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Newport News, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
