Job Summary:

The Roofing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate crews, materials, schedules, and client communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously
• Schedule crews and deliveries of materials and equipment
• Conduct site inspections and quality control throughout the project
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure safety and compliance with local codes
• Track budgets, timelines, and job costs
• Collaborate with sales, estimators, and field supervisors

Qualifications:
• Experience in roofing project management or general construction management
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes
• Ability to read blueprints and scopes of work
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
