Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their growing team in West Palm Beach. This role focuses on pick and pack operations, light assembly, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, efficient, and comfortable working on their feet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders based on packing slips or digital systems
• Perform light assembly of products according to company standards
• Prepare shipments and ensure proper labeling and packaging
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Conduct basic inventory checks and report discrepancies
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or assembly experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctuality

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes
• Familiarity with inventory control
