Job Overview
Our Christian life-affirming non-profit seeks a skilled and compassionate ARDMS or RDMS Sonographer to join our medical ministry at LifeSpring Pregnancy Centers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sonography, be certified in OB scans, and provide limited OB ultrasounds for our pregnant patients as an effort to offer abortion alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Limited ultrasound examinations using appropriate techniques to obtain high-quality images to confirm pregnancy.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to interpret sonographic findings.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to Sonography.
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding procedures, ensuring they understand the process and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of examinations performed, including patient history and imaging results.
• Stay updated on advancements in sonography technology and techniques to enhance diagnostic capabilities.
• Assist in training and help nurse sonographers maintain competency hours.

Experience

• Proven experience in sonography, particularly in maternal-fetal medicine or Ob/Gyn settings, is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of medical imaging principles, anatomy, physiology, and terminology is essential.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with patients and team members.
