Connected Health Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time maternity leave assignment in Bourne, Massachusetts. This is an excellent short-term opportunity to support a well-structured therapy program with strong team collaboration already in place.

Assignment Highlights:

Caseload: Approx. 52 students across grades 3–5 and 6–8
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Support Provided: A COTA will manage most of the direct treatment
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, approximately 25 hours per week
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Duration: January 5 – March 2
\n\t\n\t

Pay: $60/hour plus a completion bonus
\n\t\n
\n\n
Responsibilities:
\n\n
- \n\t
- \n\t
Provide supervision and support to the COTA
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Collaborate with educators and school teams to ensure students' needs are met
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Maintain documentation and IEP compliance for assigned caseload
\n\t\n
\n\n
Requirements:

Massachusetts OT license
\n\t\n\t
- \n\t
Prior school-based experience preferred
\n\t\n\t

Strong communication and collaboration skills
\n\t\n
