Job Details:

• Work in a 20-bed Critical Care Unit with 1:2 patient ratio
\n• Must be willing to float to PCU as needed
\n• Block scheduling is not available for this position
\n• Weekends and holidays as needed
\n• 8-hour non-billable orientation required
\n• Personal scrubs of any color required
\n• Must have own vehicle - firm requirement
\n• 2 years current Critical Care experience required
\n• Experience with ventilator, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring required
\n• Willingness to float required
\n• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
\n• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
\n• Massachusetts RN license required
\n• Critical Care skills checklist (current within 1 year) required
\n• One supervisory signed reference from within past two years required
\n• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred
\n• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
\n• Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License required
\n• Requested time off during assignment must be noted at upload - maximum 5 days accepted
\n• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
