A skilled Registered Nurse with Cath Lab experience is sought for a contract position in Edwardsville, IL. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist cardiologists during cardiac catheterization and related procedures
- Monitor patients vital signs and maintain accurate documentation
- Prepare and maintain Cath Lab equipment and supplies
- Provide patient education and emotional support pre- and post-procedure
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and patient safety
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with Cath Lab clinical experience
- Proficiency in cardiac catheterization procedures and protocols
- Ability to operate Cath Lab technology and equipment
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Current BLS and ACLS certification preferred
