Pay Rate: $22.00+/hour (Based on Experience)
Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Forklift Operator / Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, managing shipping and receiving documentation, verifying lot numbers, bill of lading, and ensuring products are handled accurately and efficiently throughout the warehouse. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.
• Verify and track lot numbers for inventory control and product traceability.
• Review and process bills of lading, shipping documents, and receiving paperwork.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Previous experience in shipping and receiving required.
• Experience working with lot numbers and inventory tracking.
• Experience reviewing and processing bills of lading.
• Forklift experience preferred; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
