Salary Range: $71,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor quality inspection personnel.
• Ensure strict adherence to established quality control procedures and product specifications.
• Lead investigations into non-conforming materials and products, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, including at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and train a team of quality technicians and inspectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to continuous improvement.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Experience with industry-specific regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, IATF 16949, AS9100).
