We are seeking an Executive Assistant To CEO to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs of Executive
- Provide executive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure efficient data entry for record-keeping purposes.
- Support project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and communicating updates with stakeholders.
- Organize quarterly board meetings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
