Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is looking for a Dietary Manager to fill a full-time position at our skilled nursing facility. You will organize, plan and lead your team towards the creation of healthful and delicious culinary creations.
 
We would like to speak with a Dietary Manager who understands that this position will combine elements of basic nutritional therapy, with some administrative/operational duties. The Dietary Manager will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as the policies and procedures of the facility.

<li>have specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition</li>
<li>possess related dining/nutrition experience</li>
<li>be familiar with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations</li>
<li>have excellent communication skills</li>
