• Provide administrative support to the order entry team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
• Create and manage purchase orders, maintaining proper documentation and tracking.
• Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail, ensuring system records are up-to-date and error-free.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM for various administrative functions, including tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.
• Handle general office tasks, such as scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
• Assist in maintaining organized records and ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Support manufacturing operations by performing administrative tasks tailored to industry-specific needs.• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is highly desirable.
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to create and manage purchase orders efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
