Job Description
Great communication skills and be able to maintain and supervise a fast paced shipping/receiving environment. Responsibilities will include supervising a variety of tasks in a warehouse. Loading and unloading trucks, inventory, pulling orders, shipping product, etc. Receiving duties include manual logging individual items into database including serial numbers, model numbers, etc.

Qualifications:

Warehouse experience , Shipping/Receiving experience, ability to drive a forklift, computer literate
Freight forwarding experience.
Receiving/Data entry experience. SAP
Supervisory experience

Knowledge and Skills:

Creates shipping documentation including bills of lading, shipping labels, and export

paperwork. (NAFTA Certs, AES filing)

Routes outgoing shipments through various freight forwarders and schedules

transportation of shipments.(UPS Worldship, FedEX GND via the Internet, International Forwarding
Agents)

Works closely with Logistics providers to assure on-time shipments.

Maintains shipment files, issues reports, and responds to customer inquiries regarding
status of shipments.

Prepares and follows-up on freight claims.
Supervises orders and shipping information daily using computer system.
Work with others in manufacturing department to assure transactional accuracy.
Provides freight rates to customers and customer service department.
Communicate accurate order / shipment / export details to Customer Service.

Required experience:

Supervising Daily Warehouse Activities: 5 years
Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse: 7 years
