We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Journeyman Electrician to join our team and help lead electrical work on commercial construction projects.
This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, you’ll be responsible for installing and troubleshooting electrical systems while guiding apprentices and working closely with project teams to keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on job sites
- Interpret blueprints and coordinate electrical work to meet project timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes and job specifications
- Mentor and support apprentices in their development
- Perform quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards
- Work closely with project managers, foremen, and other trades to keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent
- Follow and enforce all jobsite safety protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program (Journeyman certification preferred) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of electrical experience
- Reliable transportation
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Dependable, punctual, and accountable
- A team player who communicates well and takes pride in their work

Work Environment
- Construction job sites, warehouse, and occasional office setting
- Work performed in various weather conditions depending on project location
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in tight or confined spaces
- Able to safely operate tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Must be able to wear required PPE at all times on job sites
