We are seeking compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to live fulfilling, meaningful lives in Kearney, NE.

About the Role

  • As a DSP, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities by:
  • Assisting with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility, medication administration).
  • Supporting personal goals and fostering independence.
  • Encouraging community involvement and social engagement.
  • Documenting progress and communicating with supervisors, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Creating a safe, clean, and supportive environment.


About You

  • You are compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference. Whether you have prior caregiving experience or are just starting your career, we provide the training you need to succeed as Direct Support Professional.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
  • Ability to pass background checks per state regulations
  • Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
  • CNA license preferred (and rewarded with higher pay + CEUs!)


Shifts and Hours

  • Days and Evenings with every other weekend required.
  • Day hours offered are 7a-3p or 8a-4p with every other weekend required.
  • Evening hours offered are 11a-7p or 3p-11p with every other weekend required.
  • Flexible scheduling is available as some hours vary based on the individual's needs.


Pay

  • Starting pay is $16/hour.
  • We pay more experience and if you have a current CNA license.
  • Incentives also available.
