Why work here
Join a fast-growing secondhand resale shop that combines curated, high-quality preowned goods with a boutique showroom experience. You’ll work with unique inventory (designer accessories, Jewelry, electronics, furniture, tools, and specialty items depending on season), help customers find sustainable, affordable pieces, and turn one-time buyers into loyal repeat customers. We reward hustle, product knowledge, and great customer care with clear targets and commission upside.

Career progression (senior salesperson → lead → store manager) and mentorship

Strong consultative sales approach assesses customer needs, accurately grade/describe condition, present value, negotiate, close, and drive follow-up sales
Knowledge or willingness to learn authentication and valuation for category items (designer labels, electronics, jewelry, etc.)
Skills in merchandising used inventory, staging, and visual presentation to maximize turn and margin
Comfortable with online marketplace workflows: photographing items, writing honest descriptions, pricing competitively, and coordinating ship-in/store pickup
Reliable, team-oriented, and metrics-driven — KPI focus on conversion rate, average sale, sell-through, and sourced-item yield
Day-to-day responsibilities
Greet customers, conduct consultative sales conversations, demo or try-on where applicable, and close sales in person and online
Accurately assess incoming consignments/purchases: condition grading, authentication checks, and recommended pricing
Maintain showroom merchandising, tag and prep items for sale, photograph goods for online listings, and manage inventory entries
Follow up on leads, nurture repeat customers, and encourage referrals and consignments
Hit individual sales targets and contribute to store sell-through and margin goals
How to apply
Send your resume and a brief note (2–3 sentences) describing a recent resale or sales win — include the item type and the outcome — to resellnewhampshire@gmail.com. Candidates with demonstrated appraisal/authentication skills and measurable resale results will be prioritized.
