Dairy Sanitation Team Member – Ice Cream Manufacturing Facility (Riviera Beach, FL) After Production hours shiftWe’re hiring a Dairy Sanitation Team Member to help keep our ice cream production facility clean, safe, and compliant. This role is essential to food safety and product quality. If you take pride in doing things the right way, following procedures, and keeping a plant spotless, you’ll thrive here.What You’ll Do
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation tasks across production areas, including equipment, floors, drains, walls, and food-contact surfaces
- Execute CIP (CleaninPlace) and COP (CleanOutofPlace) procedures according to established SOPs
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning (freezers, pumps, valves, fillers, conveyors, etc.)
- Mix and handle sanitation chemicals safely and accurately
- Complete preop inspections to ensure equipment is clean, allergenfree, and ready for production
- Document all sanitation activities with accurate logs and checklists
- Work closely with QA and Production to maintain 3A sanitary standards and meet regulatory requirements
- Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
What This Role Requires
- Experience in food, dairy, beverage, or sanitation preferred (but we will train the right person)
- Ability to follow SOPs, chemical handling procedures, and safety rules without shortcuts
- Comfortable working in wet, cold, and fastpaced environments
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, reach, and work on your feet for long periods
- Strong attention to detail — sanitation is about precision and consistency
- Reliability — showing up on time and ready to work
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, or extended hours when needed
