ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

• Interacts with crew members, customers, and vendors using Tropitude (Tropitude is our mojo and what makes Tropical Smoothie Cafe fun and different. It means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere).
• Delivers "Unparalleled Hospitality" to each customer that visits our caf.
• Prepares fresh ingredients and assembles and serving fresh food and smoothies.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, and any other areas in the cafe using our sanitization practices.
• **Cash Management Experience**

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced caf environment with the ability to multi-task.

ADDITIONAL:

• Must be able to work various shifts and be available weekdays and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to learn quickly and handle work at a very busy environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must live no further than 15-20 min drive from store.
• Minimum Age 16.

• Customer service: 1 year
