At DentalEZ, we're a manufacturing company that values skill, dedication, and teamwork. Right now, we're looking for a CNC Machinist to help us keep production running smoothly and ensure our parts meet high-quality standards.
What You'll Do
As a CNC Machinist, you'll play a key role in our operations, working with well-maintained CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:
✅ Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts.
✅ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy.
✅ Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools.
✅ Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining high standards.
✅ Troubleshoot issues and help keep production running smoothly.
✅ Maintain an organized workspace and follow safety guidelines.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn. If you have the following skills and experience, we'd love to hear from you!
✔️ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
✔️ 1+ years of CNC machining experience OR equivalent technical education.
✔️ Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions.
✔️ Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
✔️ Experience with GibbsCAM software is a plus!
✔️ Familiarity with Windows-based applications (experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar systems is a bonus).
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude.
