&nbsp;Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Fumée Kitchen &amp; Cocktails.&nbsp; As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.&nbsp; Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant</li>
<li>Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews</li>
<li>Lead team in providing exceptional customer service</li>
<li>Create and maintain a food and beverage budget</li>
<li>Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations</li>
<li>Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management</li>
