Now hiring for a Pharmacy Technician – Home Infusion & Specialty Pharmacy
Location: Cary, NC
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Range: $17–$18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately enter and process prescription and supply orders
- Dispense medications and medical supplies according to pharmacy procedures
- Adjudicate insurance claims and resolve rejections as needed
- Communicate with patients, providers, and caregivers by phone and email
- Pull, pack, and ship medications and infusion-related supplies
- Support new patient onboarding and order processing
- Rotate between customer service, fulfillment, and onboarding teams as needed

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
- Hands-on experience dispensing medications
- Experience adjudicating prescriptions to insurance companies
- Strong data entry and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
