Warren, OH

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm/ Onsite/ Temp-Hire

Pay: $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position supports a small office environment consisting of 13 employees and one other office staff member. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attendance, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
  • Complete and distribute reports
  • Schedule trucks and coordinate logistics
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
  • File and maintain office documents
  • Provide general administrative and office support
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure daily operations run smoothly

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of office or administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to create and use basic Excel formulas
  • Comfortable using a calculator for basic business calculations
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to double-check work for accuracy
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
  • Ability to take detailed notes during training and use them as a resource while learning job responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
