Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time position is available for a skilled School Psychologist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across K-12 grades. This role is based in Winston-Salem, NC, serving a diverse school community committed to fostering student development and well-being throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students to identify educational and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Provide direct intervention and counseling to students as needed.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans based on ongoing assessment and data collection.
  • Offer consultation and training to school personnel on behavioral and psychological strategies to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and federal regulations.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Valid School Psychologist certification or BCBA credential.
  • Experience working within a K-12 educational setting.
  • Strong assessment, evaluation, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work part-time under a W-2 contract arrangement.
