Here's Help Inc. is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Tech Supervisor to join our 24-hour residential program for young men (ages 13-35) recovering from substance abuse and mental health. This position will oversee daily operations and elevate the quality of care in our residential treatment program. This pivotal role involves assisting Residential Program Director and leading our Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), ensuring program integrity, and contributing directly to the well-being and success of our residents.
What You'll Do:
- Program Oversight: Enforcepolicies, manage daily operations, oversee crisis intervention and de-escalation, and ensure seamless integration of therapeutic services.
- Staff Leadership: Providedirect supervision, coaching, and mentorship to BHTs, fostering accountability and a cohesive work environment.
- Resident Support: Ensureconsistent application of behavioral protocols and promote resident engagement in treatment and activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Residential Program Director, clinical team, and other departments to ensure holistic care and effective communication.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate program records, incident reports, and other required documentation.
What You'll Bring:
Experience:
- 3-5 yearsin a residential substance abuse and/or mental health treatment setting.
- 2+ yearsof supervisory or program management experience required.
- Non-profit experience is a plus.
Education/Licensure/Certification:
- Bachelors degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field preferred.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
Skills:Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and crisis intervention skills.Commitment to ethical conduct and client rights.
Schedule:Monday - Friday 2:30pm to 11:30pm
