Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Pharmacy Technician opportunity is available for a Per Diem position in Coos Bay, OR. This role supports the distribution of medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals and ensures that customers receive clear, accurate information regarding their medications, promoting safe and effective use.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9 hours per day)
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute medications in accordance with physician prescriptions and healthcare provider orders
- Provide medication information and guidance to patients and customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service to support patient care and satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon Pharmacy Technician License is required
- Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
