Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in St. Louis seeking a full-time Accounting Manager. The Accounting Manager must possess good communication skills to manage the accounting department along with having strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and identify process improvement strategies.
Accounting Manager Responsibilities:
· Lead monthly and annual financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
· Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team
· Oversee treasury and banking operations, including cash management, forecasting, and lender relationships
· Lead audit activities and design, implement, and maintain internal controls and standard operating procedures
Accounting Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA strongly preferred
· Public audit and supervisory experience
· Intermediate Excel skills and experience working within an ERP system
