What You'll Do as a Non-CDL Shuttle Driver
As a Non-CDL Shuttle Driver, you will:
- Safely transport passengers along designated routes and schedules
- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service
- Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and luggage when needed
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable shuttle vehicle
- Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and operations staff
- Follow established routes, schedules, and company safety procedures
- Accurately complete trip logs, inspections, and required documentation
- Respond professionally to changing traffic conditions and operational needs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- No CDL required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles in various traffic and weather conditions
- Previous experience in transportation, shuttle driving, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Willingness to complete company-provided training
