Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Assembly Technician to join our team on the 1st shift, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, packaging, and labeling products while ensuring high-quality workmanship and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, package, and label products.
- Operate equipment and hand tools including impact wrench, drill, mallet, screwdrivers, and pneumatic rivet gun.
- Maintain consistent productivity levels under supervision.
- Produce quality finished goods with minimal quality issues.
- Keep assembly jigs, hand tools, and equipment in good working order.
- Have basic product knowledge including wheels, model numbers, bearings, nuts, and bolts.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Notify Production Supervisor of tools in need of repair, low inventory, and quality issues.
- Accurately read assembly drawings for dimensions, parts list, assembly instructions, and CTQs.
- Perform tasks safely, including wearing safety glasses and gloves.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- Previous manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure in fractions and decimals.
- Proficiency in using mechanical and power tools.
- Understanding of blueprints and schematics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with general production and labor.
- Familiarity with ergonomic safety practices.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.47 - $18.47/hr.
