<li>Team player, hands-on management style.</li>
<li>Professional approach in all matters with both guests and staff.</li>
<li>Hungry for growth. This company has only promoted 1 outside GM in the past 6 years.</li>
<li>Must have financial knowledge. Will be P&amp;L-responsible when Executive Chef is absent.</li>
