Sous Chef Qualifications:
- Minimum sales volume experience of $4 million.
- High energy & positive personality!
- Passion for food and culinary
- Previous chef experience in a full-service, high-volume concept.
- Team player, hands-on management style.
- Professional approach in all matters with both guests and staff.
- Hungry for growth. This company has only promoted 1 outside GM in the past 6 years.
- Must have financial knowledge. Will be P&L-responsible when Executive Chef is absent.
