Job DescriptionPosition Summary
The GDT is responsible for working alongside customers to maintain exceptional levels of customer service and ensuring web orders are processed promptly with minimal roadblocks. They are also responsible for proofing customers and the prepress process to ensure jobs are sent to production as soon as possible.
The primary responsibilities for this role are to ensure that orders make it to production accurately and as fast as possible, to offer an outstanding customer experience, working efficiently while striving for the goal of ‘zero actionable tasks’.
It is important to remember that the customer is always our priority.
Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for:

Processing web orders and liaising with customers using Zendesk.

Proofing customers using EasyFlow
-
Resolving issues with jobs on the way to production

Doing all that is possible to ensure customers reflect positively on their experience with Easy Signs

Work alongside the production team to resolve production-artwork issues
-
Check artwork for pixelation, correct sizes and appropriate use of the related Easy Signs template (where applicable)

Assist with overflow phone calls and customers requesting to talk to a Graphic Designer

Provide feedback to the Team Leader on any recurring issues, inconsistencies, or suggested process changes/improvements

Follow processes detailed in tutorial videos and written documentation

Refer to articles as a first point of call before approaching a Team Leader for advice on how to approach a particular situation

If articles or macros are incorrect, feedback is given to Team Leaders for revision

Provide support to the Team Leader with extra tasks that are required
Technical Skills
-
Diploma of Graphic Design or relevant experience.

Understanding of Adobe Suite, primarily Adobe Illustrator.

Willingness to gain an understanding of the business
