ACCOUNT MANAGER, DISTRIBUTION DIVISION
We are seeking a driven Account Manager to join our Wholesale Division and build strong relationships with wholesale distributors, contractors, and kitchen & bath showrooms. Immersed in our design-focused Flatiron showroom, this role blends sales and service - translating brand value into tailored solutions for a wide range of projects. The ideal candidate is client-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with efficiency. While most communication will take place via phone and email, in-person visits are encouraged when needed to support key accounts.
•\tProactively pursue new customers and business opportunities
•\tBuild and maintain long-term client relationships
•\tCommunicate with clients clearly and promptly via phone and email
•\tCollaborate with distributors, contractors, and showrooms to identify needs and recommend solutions
•\tRecommend products based on design, technical, or budget requirements
•\tCreate and manage estimates and sales orders in SAP
•\tFollow up on open quotes and convert them into orders
•\tFull service your accounts, from initial estimate through delivery and payment
•\tBuild deep product knowledge across our product portfolio through vendor communication & training
•\tProvide support to fellow Account Managers
•\tStay current on industry trends, certifications, and project requirements
•\tContribute to the visibility and growth of the AF | New York brand
QUALIFICATIONS
•\tBachelor’s degree
•\tExperience in sales, customer service, or a related field
•\tFamiliarity with SAP is a plus; training will be provided
•\tMust be legally authorized to work in the United States
•\tPlumbing industry experience is a plus
