Job Title: Warehouse Worker Location: Bakersfield, CA Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay:

<li>Entry Level: $18.00/hour</li>
<li>With Experience: $19.00 – $21.00/hour

<li>Once hired on, there is a pay increase</li>
</ul>

</ul>
Schedule:
<ul>
<li>Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays required)</li>
<li>Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM</li>
</ul>

Legacy Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Worker to support our client's operations team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow within a company long-term, with opportunities for advancement and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse</li>
<li>Pick orders and prepare shipments accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Receive and inspect incoming products</li>
<li>Utilize pick lists and assist with shipping processes</li>
<li>Perform basic computer tasks including email and spreadsheets</li>
<li>Use company inventory/software systems (training provided) </li>
</ul>
Additional Duties (as needed):
<ul>
<li>Operate sit-down or propane forklifts</li>
<li>Drive trucks or flatbed vehicles to deliver materials to job sites </li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Steel toe boots (PPE required)</li>
<li>Ability to work in a warehouse environment</li>
<li>Basic computer skills</li>
<li>Willingness to learn company software</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a background and drug screen</li>
<li>Must have a clean driving record</li>
